It's arrived...

Just a quick post to say...THE RHUBARB IS HERE! I saw Brenda this morning and she gave me the best treat EVER.
A huge bundle of rhubarb!
I am off to work now but I have my recipes picked out...

Tomorrow is going to be a very delicious day!

    Rhubarb Platz, Roasted Rhubarb Ice cream, and there also some delicious sparkling tea drink!

    Mmmmmmm, I wish you could beam me some rhubarb right now. Especially in the form of a crisp. The ice cream sounds yummy, too, and what is a platz?

    I would totally beam you some rhubarb if I could! Although currently I am rhubarb-less :(. Platz is a Mennonite thing, its basically a rhubarb square with crisp on top!
