Yesterday was canning day at the Powell-Rempel home. Serious canning. We ended up with 32 jars...10 hours later! We felt pretty good about ourselves!
We started off with dill pickles and bread and butter pickles.

Way to go girls! I have not tackled anything since the peach salsa affair in May, but thinking of homemade apple butter and applesauce makes my mouth water!! You are Olympians of the kitchen!
