The little girls that I take care of LOVE doing crafts. As soon as they see me their first question is "Revanna, do you have a craft for us to do today?" We do crafts every afternoon, but I am not complaining because I also LOVE doing crafts!
Today I brought them over to the apartment and Zoe and I had a crafty afternoon with them. We made these neat little tote bags with them.
They turned out so cute!
That is a princess with very long hair and a butterfly with a very long tail. Kids make the best art!
They also got to visit the cockroaches. These two are not only not grossed out by these creatures but the aren't scared of them either. They both held one with big smiles on their faces!
I guess you've got to get them young!
If you have any crafty ideas for 4 year olds I am always looking for suggestions!
Those are 2 brave little girls. Did the cockraches stick to their fingers? ha ha
ReplyDeleteHa! I still laugh about Roan shaking his hand to get the cockroach off! They weren't sticking to the girls, they are pretty calm when they hold the roaches and they wait for Zoe to take them out of their hands.

ReplyDeleteDid you ever think about bakeable clay? I think the girls might like it.
Good idea Roan! Thank you :)
ReplyDeleteAre you telling the trouth? I thought they would be scared and not want to hold it. I geuss i was wrong.
ReplyDeleteQuinn, I can confirm that Rev is telling the truth! The girls were both really brave and held the cockroach!
ReplyDeleteDo butterflys even have tails? Is that Rapunzel that she drew? It sure looks like her. Does she know who Rapunzel is?
ReplyDeleteHi Quinn! No, Zoe says butterflies do not have tails, but these girls think they do! I'm not sure if that girl is specifically Rapnuzel, but the do know who she is and often talk about the movie 'Tangled', have you seen it?
